Welcome to Etnacom’s new website. After almost 8 years in business and numerous changes to the format of our site over the years, we’re pleased to announce something new: an informational blog. This is something we’ve never done before, and to be honest, we don’t know how it will turn out, but after hearing comments from our clients and requests for information, we’re happy to launch something that will benefit the community directly from our website.
This blog will address the everyday technology concerns of our readers and clients. We’ll address topics such as website development, computer repair, various types of software, computer networking, security, and even policy issues that relate to IT. As of right now, we’re envisioning an interactive set of frequently asked questions, but let’s just see how things unfold.
This is what you can expect from our postings:
We’re not going to write up long, drawn-out postings if not necessary. Your time is valuable, and if you’re looking at one of our postings, it’s probably because you’re looking for answers. Our goal is to get straight to the point so that you can use the information you need.
We’re not going to force you to subscribe to our services just to find the answer to your question. Yes, we do provide consulting for most of the topics being discussed on this forum, and there will be a plug or two every now and then, but we’re not going to give you half the story, promising the other half if you pay us. The information on this blog is for everyone’s benefit, and we’d be happy to use our services to assist you in reaching our goals. Our blog is our proof to you that we know what we’re talking about.
We do encourage you to submit questions. If there’s a topic you’d like us to answer, feel free to send it in to us at info@etnacom.net. We’ll take a look at it, and if it can be answered without writing a 10-page manual, we’d be happy to write about it.
Enjoy the forum!
